been here since 12:30 and it's now 3 o clock and my son still hasn't been seen
I was seen shortly after I registered. Dr. Wickline was very thorough. She ordered tests to rule out and confirm her diagnosis. I was given treatment in the office for the symptoms, and prescriptions to treat my illness at home. I was treated very well by every employee I came into contact with. I would recommend seeking treatment here.
These are the sweetest people, and work together to get you seen and taken care of promptly. The PA whom I saw today was incredibly knowledgeable. If you are under the weather, go here.

Sitting in exam room 1 for well over an hour. Asked how much longer and told a couple of minutes. Well that was 30 minutes ago. Pathetic.

The staff at Med Express is great. they were so friendly! My wait time was minimal and I was taken in and treated great!! Dr. Leacock is the man! Most doctor's don't spend much time with patient questions, but he gave me great information about my swimmers ear and gave me some great preventative measures to keep this from happening again.
