Daughter went to see the Doctor for a sore throat was given a rapid test for Strep tested negative however physician's assistant stated she still showed symptoms of Step sent out a culture 3 days later later has strep so basically my daughter has been walking around all week with strep and exposing everyone at school over priced joke
Most of the time I go there it's great because it's quick , but this last time was unacceptable . The first person to take my info on why I was there kept interrupting me and cutting me off and then when I had to go to the bathroom , it was overflown . When I told them about it they went in , flushed the toilet and told me it was fine now . I go in and there's still urine all over the floor , on the toilet seat along with hair , and there's wet toilet paper in the floor . I went here looking for the Hepatitis A vaccine because I had eaten twice at a restaurant that had a Hep A positive food handler. Because my husband is elderly and in poor health and has a compromised spleen my concern was great that I get the vaccine. When I approached the desk the clerk informed me they didn't have the vaccine. I tried to ask if they were going to get more or did she know where I might find one. She never looked up at me or even stopped with her paperwork just told me they had no vaccine and couldn't help ... read more
I've been severely sick since yesterday. Broke down & went there today. I was informed my co-pay would be $50, I asked if they could bill me & they refused. Went to HIMG Now Care right up the road & guess what? Co-pay was only $20 & they had no problem billing me. I was HIGHLY satisfied w/ HIMG & have no desire to return to this facility. So thanks Med Express for making me realize which urgent care is better to go to.
Although the doctor that I saw prescribed me medication which helped me get a little bit better, he was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. He acted like I was an irritant for coming to MedExpress. He rolled his several times eyes and would huff and puff. If you don't want to deal with patients, then don't become a doctor. It's as simple as that. I will not be returning to this location.
They got me in and out fast did a great job with the problem
