I took my child into this location yesterday with concerns. All of the front staff were nice, they took my insurance/money and were all smiles, then I headed to the back where the service just went from bad to worse. The nurses were disrespectful and rude and rushed me. Then I got back to the doctor who was extremely rude. He hurried through the visit and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. Care is quick and Dr. Ferrell is very thorough. Nurse Nancy was very attentive and caring also. Thanks for the good care, I would definately encourage people to visit their facility for minor issues, beats waiting in the emergency room for hours.
