Waited over and hour and a half for them to arrive
My mom fell at home and severely injured herself. Within ten minutes of my sister calling them, they pulled up in the driveway. My dad, sister and brother were there. They were all extremely impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and helpful the crew was. A supervisor was also on scene who came behind the ambulance.
