Fast, efficient and very thorough. All staff there were friendly.
The whole process was very easy and quick, dr was super knowledgeable

I was billed $$$ for an incorrect diagnosis of "ear infection" when it was simply a blockage from ear wax. I was also prescribed $60 ear drops which obviously had no effect. I have no recourse in getting any of that money back. The UPMC website says this location has a rating of 4.6. Don't believe it unless they show you were you can give your own review.
