Horrible experience here. Not everything was mishandled and not everyone was rude but extremely careless and I ended up in the ER after repeatedly reporting worsening symptoms of an infection. When I called to tell them this the nurse who did finally call me told me “well there’s nothing we can do about that “ Very disappointing and truly dangerous mishandling of care.
I would just like to say thank you to the very kind ladies that were working on Tuesday April 14th around 5:30. You were all very kind to me and answered my questions with zero guilt, judgement, or shame. I was in a time of crisis and really just need a women’s compassion and perspective. This place is what they mean when they say it takes a village. Thank you.
I booked online and was seen before my appointment time. The pa was warm and caring. Very understanding of my symptoms and offered me options for my care. She didn't judge me for not getting the covid or flu vaccine. She explained the benefits of getting a chest x-ray vs not. I elected to get the xray and discovered that I had pneumonia despite normal lung sounds and good oxygen saturation.
