Great products delivered promptly
I ordered some test strips for first order here. Website was easy to use but I didn’t get a confirmation email. I gave it several days and nothing. I emailed them and got an instant response and things got sorted pretty quickly. Once sorted my item was quickly shipped to Canada. I’m very pleased with the communication and delivery.
"Zero stars if I could. I returned a scale and immediately spent DOUBLE the money on a more expensive model with them. They 'offered' a prepaid label and claimed they wouldn't charge a restocking fee, but then they doubled down and deducted $12.29 for shipping anyway. It's a scam—they just call the fee 'shipping' instead of 'restocking.' They ignored my emails for weeks and only responded after a BBB complaint.
