Your sign says "Open Today 8 to 4".... I go in with possible broken foot at 3 p.m. and am told "sorry, we stopped seeing patients at 2 p.m." I try my best to stay local with my business but this isn't kosher, people. Off to Baptist E.R. in Fleming Island I go.
Always a good experience. They now have a pharmacy so it take out an extra step when you’re feeling bad. Also nice to hear the doctor talk up the EMS when they had to transfer a patient and the doctor thanked his staff for a good day.
Always professional and friendly. Treat you like you matter and listen to all you have to say. No long waits. You can just walk in with no appointments. Love them ❤️❤️❤️❤️
They are my go to instead of the emergency room. Everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. They communicate well with my primary care physician. I wouldn't go anywhere else
We've been going to this wonderful practice for years. From injuries to anaphylactic reactions to pneumonia, they've taken great care of us. Always kind and as quick as they can be, it's an urgent care that feels like your family doctor (which they now can be that too). We're loyal patients. :).
Let me say this Express Family Care aka MedEx is by far the most CARING, INFORMATIVE, and Professional establishment I have personally went to. They have went over and beyond helping my son, and now offer so many different services including an in-house pharmacy! Kudos Express Family Care and thank you for doing your job as it was meant to be. Actually helping care for the patient and Not just about the mighty dollar! I could not be more pleased on their over and beyond attitude in helping my baby boy!
