I’ve tried repeatedly to speak to someone about a claim that has yet to be filed with my insurance company. Absolutely zero success. My imaging was performed at 360 Imaging in NLR, which apparently was “dissolved” as of last week. I’ve *not* received a bill and a claim hasn’t been filed with my insurance. I was given the number for MedEvolve for any concerns regarding billing but I’m either transferred or have to leave messages that are never returned. I have no clue what to do at this point. I understand data breeches can occur. But MedEvolve learned of the breach on May 11, yet did not notify those affected until July 10. If they did take this "seriously" as they claim, notification would have certainly been more timely. As an aside, they sent me a delinquent notice for a bill which had been paid and it was impossible to contact them - calls are unanswered and the email address on the invoice was not in service.
This company is responsible for making public information of 200,000 people and then lied about it by leading us to believe that the screenshot didn’t have any information on it. Well, the file was accessed and there is no way to confirm that the subsequent screenshots were not done with a cell phone. Then you send me instructions for a credit monitoring company that will not sign up anybody that is under 18, the information was for my four year old son. Please don’t do business with these guys, they’re incompetent.
We just got a letter telling us our social security number and those of other patients was accessible on the internet. I would love the president and all board members to put their social security numbers on the internet too! Horrible security!
Unable to contact ANYONE SINCE DECEMBER 22nd. I have left SEVEN voice mails that have not been returned. Are they still in business? Billing me for services already paid. Zero Customer Service!!!!!!
