Didn’t seem like the NP that did my evaluation wanted to be at work that day, completely in professional and seemed to be bothered. Was dressed in workout gear would never guess she was a NP. Seems like she is just there to get easy money from the government. If you are a veteran and get assigned this location I would recommend you pass and ask for a different location!
As a Veteran I was very impressed on how nice the staff was. I felt like i was being heard for the first time when it came to my medical concerns. Dr T was amazing.
The staff in this office was so nice today! They were professional and easy to get along with. As a disabled Veteran trust does not come easy for me and I trust them. It was a pleasant experience and I thank them all for their hospitality. This visit is an important part of a process at the VA and they understood the mission. Hooyah!

Katie Flickinger was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. She exceeded my expectations. I felt that she truly listened to me and took the extra steps to listen to my complaints. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm being heard. I wanted to express my gratitude and let others know that there are health care professionals out there that truly do care. The office staff was great and I was seen at my appointment time which is a plus. Eldon Dotter
