When I first moved there The patio looked a mess and it was, I have to get a boom in sweet pit and all of that Brown is dirt real color is peach. And we had to use only one side of a cabinet because it was super dirty. And when the toilet goes up for the first time , it scares me because I thought I clogged it , but then it goes back down , but if it goes up a little bit and stops , it's clogged so Ms. Rachel said they power washed everything. If i could i would give this dump a 0 star the so called property manager a JOKE and they are run down need a whole new remodel not a patch and go!!!
