Mederi always answers the phone when I have a patient to refer to them even after hours. Jules and Adriann are awesome and very knowledgeable
If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Tina went WAY above her job description to help my friend who I’m the POA for, to get her rehab facility changed after a god-awful 3 days at the first facility. Tina worked on Labor Day weekend to set up the transfer, which was no easy request. She even came to talk to us and the facility that my friend was leaving. She followed up with me via many texts. For a week they’ve been saying I would get a call setting up an appointment for my husband. The therapists NEVER call. The woman at the main office keeps assuring me they will call. How this company stays in business I don’t know.
BEWARE. In my personal experience this company has ALOT to learn. They merged with United healthcare. In MY opinion this company does not look at employees but only nimbers. It’s is publicly traded now. I worked for this company 3 years ago and came back. I personally find that since the merger with United health care it has gone quickly even more down hill. I personally think patients should be treated equal regardless of insurance. Making Medicare patients a priority over advantage plans is wrong, especially when company i... read more
