No communication what so ever with the PT staff. Joe the RN was the only one that communicated with what was happening.
Very dissatisfied with this company, expecting employees to work off the clock. Put in my notice, never again will I work for a big company like LHC group.
We had a recent poor experience with this home health agency. I cannot recommend them for services. My wife was discharged from care without being properly informed of their decision. According to Medicare guidelines the agency was supposed to provide at least 48 hours notice in writing to the patient prior to discharge of medically necessary services.
