On Thursday March 23, 2017 I encountered one of the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have ever met at Medemerge. Her name is Liz, at least that is what I was told. I was also told she was a supervisor but I don't believe it after the way I was treated. Prior to speaking with Liz I had interacted with three different employees at Medemerge. STAY AWAY !!!!! been going to medemerge for 8 months the docs are nice but the administration staff are nasty ass bitches with attitudes... but the niceness of the doctors didn't remedy my problems as all they did was give me drugs..and last of all steroids which I told them I did not want and I had a reaction and had to go to the hospital!.. I plan on suing them ..they now have caused me liver and kidney damage.. this place needs to be closed down
I have been a long time patient. Love the convenience and hours. The key is choosing a physician and only see that physician.
Been coming here since I was a toddler. Only for emergencies, when our GP is closed on weekends etc. I am never happy coming here, but it serves its purpose. This experience I had a lacerated finger. I spent 90 minutes there from check-in till I left. I saw 4 nurses, and one doctor. A total of 5 people. I wound up leaving with my finger bandaged, dressed and taped and was told to come back in 2-3 days for a checkup. Like I said, it serves its purpose.
