I have been going to Medmerge 25years+
Stop being an alarmist when we come in for a sinus infection.
Everytime I am sick or my daughter my first place to go is Medemerge because their staff are super nice,friendly , have sympathy and most of all treat you with RESPECT and Kindness!!
Always have fantastic service from the doctors. Only complaint is waiting half hour to 45 mins in room for doctor.
I like the fact you don't need an appointment and they do labs/x ray in house. I find the wait has gotten EXTREMELY longer even if you don't go during "prime time".
Not what they use to be - when a doctor makes a mistake that's the last word it does not matter - I just had to pay 93.00 for a miss billing - the event never happen and a doctor never spends more than 3-4 mins with you never mind 10 mins of consulting on anything. 30 years now I have to find a new place to go - I think there is another urgent care on Rt22 in Green Brook.
I will not go back to this place. I brought my 5 yr old daughter in for a foot injury, they xrayed, said everything is fine. Ice and take it easy. Fast forward 10 days, my daughter is still limping, so I took her x-rays from Medemerge to a pediatric ortho and find out she has 2 fractures! I was livid with the misdiagnosis. I called numerous times to request the doctor call me but the response was that's not our policy, our doctors don't come to the phone, you can schedule an appointment.
