I’ve been a patient here for 16 years. I have great respect for Dr. Pilla, he is a great doctor. Unfortunately I am looking for a new office to go to. During this time, it is unacceptable to be inflexible with long term prescription medications. I have been on the same medication for 15 years. I refuse to expose myself to a deadly virus by going into the office to see a doctor for 60 seconds and get a 3 month refill. Refuse. Totally unreasonable refusal to refill my blood pressure medication despite the fact that I told the receptionist that my husband is in the hospital for a noncovid related reason and I am afraid of exposing myself to the virus. I was forced to resort to an Internet site.
RecommendedThe nurses and front desk staff were very friendly. The nurse Michelle was super compassionate and make me feel respected. However. Dr. Darajejan was rude, non-compassionate, and didn’t even address the issue I went for. This the second time I have seen him and he belittles you. It is a shame that he is still there because the rest of the dh turns and staff are super professional and compassionate, regardless of how busy they are.
Thank you All doctors and nurses for the sacrifice of being available during this pandemic time. God bless you All! You are amazing!!!

We called for for a refill at least for 30 days to avoid coming in during the virus outbreak. THEY ARE STILL MAKING PEOPLE COME IN!!! Looks like I'm on the market for a new family Dr.
Staff were nice and they took care of me right away. Nurse Courtney (I hope I spelled her name right) is beautiful!!!
Doctors, nurses and technicians were friendly and thorough. Good experience.
