This place is the most unorganized, unprofessional, dysfunctional location I’ve ever seen and for it to be apart of RWJBARNABAS Health I’m absolutely appalled
RecommendedI think we have all experienced times when based on work and availability of your usual doctor clash. Medemerge has been a perfect fill in. Flash forward to now and Covid testing. They have an organized process that I was impressed with, even though it led to the inevitable swabs up the nose. Good job swab up the nose people and the well ordered process. Thank you
Very thorough examinations there
Always quick and efficient I honestly do not have a bad experience. I’m out in an hour or so and always are friendly. People are just very dramatic and impatient sometimes for no reason they do what they can and my respect to their hard work and patience because some of you patients are unbelievably rude and nasty and so unnecessary. I have 0 complaints 😊
Very unprofessional front office staff. When you have already been there and spent $120 out of pocket plus another nearly $50 on meds so you call back because the antibiotics aren't working on a diagnosed infection, you get told a nurse will call you back. Guess what, they don't! When you call back the next day you are told the message was sent to the dr and they will get back to you 3 days later. This is not against nurses or doctors there but the staff who answers the phone. Terrible.
20 years my son has been a patient there and allergic to amoxicillin which he tells them every time and is in his chart. They send a script to Walgreens today for him for Augmentin which contains amoxicillin! He was diagnosed 5 years ago with Crohn’s disease which is also in his chart and then they call in a script contra indicated for people with IBD!!!!
WORST experience, charged 300 for a COVID test with three sep transactions because they had no idea what they are doing. Was there for my daughter who needs to have surgery. Rude, poorly managed , do not have a clue what they are doing . Please do not go here
I came for a medical exam in relations to my green card application. I agree with the other reviews. The clinic is not managed well. I’ve been back and forth four times and I’m still not done with my medical. They drew too little blood the first time and asked me to come back. I gave them my vaccination card and they told me to go take two vaccinations. I did and then three days later they call me and tell me I have to take more vaccinations. there are no excuses for the level of miscommunication. this has become an assembly line where the staff doesn't listen and the doctors keep asking "why are we giving you that?" from the front desk to the exam room. I am a retired inner city ER nurse. it is a sad day when nobody cares. covid being the go to virus in no excuse, they have been busier. very unprofessional
