I can't ever go back there. I can't even get them to give me a call to go over some abnormal blood tests results. I have been trying to reach someone for 5 days. They are too busy. I have been a patient there for the last 15 years and they treat me like they never saw me before. They never look at the chart and that's how mistakes get made. This is not acceptable medical care. The only decent doctor there is Jenifer Harding.
I can not believe the amount of money my husband paid to get a Covid test. So many places are free testing yet you are charged for a Covid test and a doctor to see you and ask the same questions the medical assistant asked. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people during this time. People are desperate for a test and they are robbing people knowing how desperate everyone is. What a shame !!!!!
If you're planning on getting tested for the coronavirus I strongly recommend you stay clear away from Medemerge. Please just wait to get tested at any of the free testing sites across NJ like at RiteAid or CVS. My insurance was nilled $550 and only covered half of it so I'm left paying $200 for a test i could have gotten for free. Not to mention the wait. I have been going there for over 13 years and never experienced the treatment that I received this past Monday. I was experiencing symptoms of an upcoming asthma attack on my way home from work, so I went there since it was the closest. I get there and I had explained to the Nurse outside that I am having problems breathing and told her that I spoke to a nurse inside prior to arriving and advise me to advise the nurse and go to the front of the line.
