Six months in and they have been fantastic team wise on each occasion. For swapping my mask to try a diffferent model (within that period) and to ensuring I am using it appropriately. Sleep has been better, mood and energy better as well.
I had been with this company for years and they are Rude but I let it go on several occasions, I got a new prescription for a CPAP machine which was covered but they wanted to change me a fee of $175. Being on o.d.s.p. where do they expect me to get the money from? So I told them I want my prescription which anyone has the right to get and I went to a place in Niagara Falls who are extremely nice and they covered all the extra charges, Just Google CPap supplies in Niagara and they are the only ones listed with a 5 star ratin... read more
RUDE, BIASED, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location!!! If they’re not trying to sell you something, they’re rude and unprofessional! When you have an issue or a question post purchase and you don’t conform to their idea of compliance BECAUSE of your issue, be prepared to be cut short because their time is best spent selling a new product to someone else!!
