Wayne and staff really stepped to help me when I was in a bit of a crisis. My CPAP machine died all of a sudden. Unfortunately this was after working a night shift and in desperate need of some sleep. I called another vendor who refused to help. Despite having no appointment, Wayne saw me right away and set me up with a new machine, spending time to go through all the programming and explaining the functionality of the new technology. Wayne was extremely rude and condescending towards me. As a client with a CPAP Rx and health issues, it's normal to have questions about the machine. I went to the appointment and the guy immediately told me to sit down and to wait. They had zero client in the store. The same guy, Wayne came to make sure I could afford the machine and not wasting his time, although I told him I had private insurance and Rx for it. Six months in and they have been fantastic team wise on each occasion. For swapping my mask to try a diffferent model (within that period) and to ensuring I am using it appropriately. Sleep has been better, mood and energy better as well.
I had been with this company for years and they are Rude but I let it go on several occasions, I got a new prescription for a CPAP machine which was covered but they wanted to change me a fee of $175. Being on o.d.s.p. where do they expect me to get the money from? So I told them I want my prescription which anyone has the right to get and I went to a place in Niagara Falls who are extremely nice and they covered all the extra charges, Just Google CPap supplies in Niagara and they are the only ones listed with a 5 star ratin... read more
