We have had be best experience with David Addison. He is so fast to reply and seems to beat the competition most the time with pricing. My clinic will continue to use him and Medelco for future orders. Their back end staff including Lani has also been great!
I had been going back and forth with David for about 3 weeks trying to buy a specific machine- after placing the order and receiving the tracking details, I had blocked my schedule to be available to receive it (since they only do drop off delivery outside, not inside delivery). A few days later, David called me and said he'd made a mistake and that the unit would actually cost almost $3000 more than he quoted!
