Great friendly staff went out there way to assist. Dr Hanna was thorough.
I received a message to call and book my semiannual appointment, so I did. However, the receptionist failed to inquire about my availability and I needed to consult my diary. When I couldn't immediately accept the suggested appointment, she grew frustrated and rudely commented, "You do know you can do this online, don't you?!". Tried to call 3 times to cancel my appointment but was on hold for over 20 minutes. I now received a letter to say I owe $55 for not cancelling my appointment within 24 hours. Whilst I understand you require 24 hours notice, you also need to be able to answer the phone within a timely manner. I work between the hours of 9-5 so I can only call on my lunch break.
