I have been attending the Medeco Skin Cancer practice for many years, seeing Dr Mounir Hanna. I’m extremely happy and thankful for the lifesaving treatment I’ve received. I’ve always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend this clinic.
I've dealt with this centre over past few years with excellent results Dr Mouir Hanna is a very good doctor and very thorough highly recommended
Wow!! After reading the reviews and responses I’m not surprised at your google rating. Instead of blaming customers maybe you should address most bad reviews on rudeness of receptionists. I just want to make sure no one with health issues (mental or physical ) feel like I did or what most of these reviews felt like.. empathy goes a long way. No response needed we don’t care for it
I’ve never been to a doctors office before where the receptionist was so rude. I came into the doctors office for an appointment and I was told over the phone the wrong information about the billing policy at this facility. I told her about this and I didn’t have any intention to continue with my appointment to respect their billing policy and I understood that I was given the wrong information. I have seen Dr Zhang for the last 6 years or more he is awesome, the nursing staff and reception staff are great. I would give it 5 stars but it is not bulk billed any longer that is my only gripe.
