Just wanted to praise how blessed to have Dr Elias and her team as our family Dr. Lyne and Francine are always patient and caring when I call. Jack and I were transferred to her as Dr Batten retired. Dr Batten retired and also was an amazing Dr. We always forget the ones that serve us and it's important to thank them especially these days when kindness is very rare today. Merci to all of you for taking care of us and my mother as well
It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to call for an appointment. The number is busy 95% of the time. You have to win a lottery to get through to someone. ——-Updating my review in 2026. I’ve been repeatedly trying to call to have them correct a mistake they made with a prescription; after changing pharmacies, they didn’t fax it to the new one or the old one. I’ve been put on hold for upwards of 15 minutes each time and they never tell me they’re busy and to call back later, they just put me on hold without pausing to find out that I urgently need them to fix *their mistake*.
