The phone service is sketchy at best. The office is open at 0800. I've been trying to call for an hour now and the phones don't even go to voicemail. It simply says "the customer is not available". How am I supposed to book an emergency appointment or cancel an appointment for tomorrow?
Non doctor staff are friendly and respectful. A few of the doctors are extremely condescending, rude over lack any empathy or epistemic humility. Every visit is an interrogation and care is extremely biased against certain types of people.
I have mixed reviews Dr. Purdy is amazing always takes care of me. "Dr" Lee on the other hand super disrespectful, acts as if she's better than everyone, in a rush to go talk to her Co workers instead of taking care of patients. Feels pressured if you ask her to look At more than one thing. I was her only patient in the waiting room so she didn't need to rush.
Extremely grateful for the kind and compassionate care I've received from the team at 535. Dr Rochon is an excellent physician and my family is privileged to be in their care. The entire team are always doing their utmost. Thank you!
Dr. Gagnon is always late or never there, she drops patients at random. So note if you are planning on becoming a patient here or are a patient here you can and will be kicked out and left without a GP or your chart information at any given time.
