There's rarely anyone available to answer phone calls there. I never fully got help and therefore couldn't obtain health insurance in a very very dire time of need. Unbelievable!!!! It's very much like nobody works there or they've closed down. Now I'm stuck with a huge hospital bill because of them. Representatives also not very professional! Very disappointed. Unreliable!!!!!!
