Except for the guy that fitted me, this has not been a good experience. First you encounter the challenge of getting a call back.. no matter how many messages you receive. Then, it's wondering where their faces go. Endocrinologist sent a fax three times . finally someone found it. Now they want something coded. It was done & faxed to them .. but again, to never never land. In the meantime my shoes have been sitting there for a month and a half I give up!!
