The actual service is fine. But it’s a 1 hour wait after your scheduled appointment time. Then they made me come in another day to get routine bloodwork instead of doing all of it during my original check up appointment. When I came back at the time they told me to - the office was closed with a “we’ll be back sign” with no other info like how long it’d take. Overall just a very unreliable facility that wastes your time - especially when I had to take off 2 days of work to come because of their poor planning.
Unfortunately, our experience with Medcura was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disorganized, and we were kept waiting for nearly an hour and a half past our scheduled appointment time with no explanation. Once we were finally seen, Dr. Ka’Nesha Lewis appeared rushed, rude and barely took the time to listen to our concerns about our child’s symptoms.
