I would like to give this place 5 stars. The staff is rather pleasant and they give my kids very good medical care. However, they lose 3 stars because of their intake process for walk in patients. I had to be seen for something today that was rather urgent. I got there at 9 AM only to be told that the walk in time for what I needed to be seen for was 1:30 PM.
