I called Tuesday and never got a call back. Today is Friday. The pharmacy has refills but can't fill them because the prior authorizations are only good for a year and mine is expired. The pharmacy sent several faxes and no response. Of course I'm completely out of the medication. It's a once a week medicine and I'm supposed to take it tmro. They truly don't care.
If you need help after hours, or from the nurses line, forget it. You can wait a day+ basic services. Go elsewhere if you can as they do not care.
All I will say right now is I miss Dr Zimmerman. I wish the best for his health also.
I had Donald Zimmerman, M.D as my physician since 1984 or '85. Excellent internal medicine specialists there. I miss Dr. Zimmerman. I hear he has been on a leave of absence for a while in 2020. I hope he comes back soon. Grade A+ I will not hesitate to reestablish myself with a CNP there, ASAP, I just moved back to N.E. Ohio from 2 years in Florida. Retired R. N. Great office staff.
Dr. Tarr is phenomenal. Staff are friendly and efficient.
