Medcore Partners bought out the Avenues of Park Forest assisted living in Dallas and has done a horrific job with the takeover. The facility is now called The Groves on Forest Lane and they are way understaffed and the staff that they do have there is completely lazy and non responsive to the residents. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE AT THE GROVES ON FOREST LANE!!!! They were handing out the wrong meds to residents and they have taken up to 2 hours responding to medical emergencies.
