I had a very positive experience at this GP practice. The clinic was clean, well-organised, and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Gore, Noemi and Tarryn always make our visits feel like a catch up more so an appointment. We are always made to feel very welcomed by the team.
"Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. A pathology staff member left while still with a patient to take a break, leaving others waiting without any queue system or door numbers. After waiting 26 minutes, I was told to wait another 35 minutes. Even when the receptionist tried to intervene, the pathology staff flatly refused to cooperate. I urge management to review the security cameras to see this total disregard for patients' time and professional ethics. I do not recommend this clinic."
I had a really positive experience at this clinic. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely empathetic, they make you feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment you walk in. Really want to Thank Dr. Gore for looking after me. Really appreciate it. Additionally, the location is also very convenient and easy to access, which makes visits stress-free. Overall, a fantastic clinic with a warm and professional team. Highly recommend!
Went with family to see Dr Ayesha few times. Didn’t really like her way of dealing as she’s very quick during the consultation and doesn’t really explain much until you ask about things. She tries to get you out of the room asap and treats you just like a number ,.. who’s next ….
