Jan at Medcheck Noblesville was awesome in her approach in how she treated me. I felt she listened to my concerns and addressed them. She even was concerned the tests might be taking too long and showed me how to get the results off my chart, saving me time. Much appreciated!
I called to see if they are taking patients and they were quite rude to me on the phone, but did say they were taking walk in patients. We got there 15 minutes later, took the patient in front of us but refused to take us because they were “full.” They could have saved us a trip, but informing us on the phone and could have been more polite.
My trip to the Noblesville MedCheck was thorough. I was able to receive an accurate diagnosis, and leave with my prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy.
The wait time exceeded my expectation. From the intake person to the NP Catherine, all staff were pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Very pleasant and the people knew what I needed and made the transition to the hospital easly
