The Doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Great staff at the Noblesville Med Check! 100% efficient and Awesome Physician and staff!
Erin and the medical assistant were absolutely fantastic. Both were kind, listened and made me feel like they were dedicated to helping me feel better. Erin went above and beyond to help improve my state of misery while showing empathy and compassion even when time exceeding past closing. Which is something you dont see as much of in the healthcare industry anymore.
Everybody was extremely helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. From the check-in people to the nurse to nurse practitioner Rachael. Love the new open plan of the med check facility. Very inviting. Everybody was great there. I've been to several different Med checks and this is the best one I've ever been to in my 69 years of life.
The company urgently needs to open an urgent/emergency care facility in Hamilton County. I personally avoid hospital emergency rooms because the wait times are so long. I wasted my time visiting Med check because the lack of basic services such as lab work and X rays. Next time, I'll go directly to Riverview Health, located at 14585 Hazell Dell Parkway, Carmel, which has urgent/emergency services in one building.
