Went there with severe back pain and a note from a chiropractor saying bulging disc. Was take into a room and talked to. No exam no x-rays no nothing besides some pills. Thanks for taking the problem seriously.... By the way just giving out pills isn't the answer..
This location used to be a reliable MedCheck, but since switching to an urgent care it has gone completely downhill. I scheduled an appointment for 2:47 on a Sunday and arrived 15 minutes early to check in. After sitting for over an hour past my scheduled time, I asked how many people were ahead of me. I had a save a spot time for 2:40 for my son who has a badly sprained ankle. We had been sitting for about 30 minutes when I asked how much longer, the girl said 2 more in front of us. Probably 4 more went back and I asked again. A different girl said 2 hours, when I got upset, she said maybe 1 hour. I had already overheard her talking about how my son has a minor injury and it's not that important. That is beyond unprofessional and after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes we left. We will never be back again.
The MedCheck was always great at this location. However, this was my first experience with GoHealth, and it really changed. We had to wait almost an hour for an appointment time that we made online. Plus, no instructions for the prescription we needed to get were sent to the pharmacy, which caused a delay, and the pharmacy called but received no response from Go-Health. In order to get my prescription, my husband had to physically go back into GoHealth. The doctor was great, once we got in to see him. But the lack of staying... read more
