No body likes being hurt or in pain. Coming to Medcessity is very painless. It all beings when you walk in & are welcomed by the young ladies at the front desk. They always ask how you are doing and give you words of encouragement every time. The therapist work hard to make you better. Every therapist is friendly, and sympathetic to your situation. Everybody at Medcessity are genuinely caring people.

Wish there were a no star option. I was approved for six appts, but only received 4. Twice I had to reschedule and was told by reception it was not an issue. Wrong! On my 4th visit was told it was my last. PT spoke to Jonathon, the owner, who didnt do a thing to rectify the situation. Also I dont mind a little chit chat during a session, but please continue to do your job. Really need my therapy, but I will look elsewhere.

I worked mainly with Manny and Cheryl Foster, both who have extensive knowledge and experience in their field. Each visit was met with a warm greeting from Laura, there receptionist, that kept my appoin... read more

The best place ever if you need therapy. I even fought my insurance (and won) to go there when i have had new injuries instead of their office. Thanks for all your good work.
