Great doctors. However the staff at the front desk is disgustingly rude. I suggest therapy to stop taking your anger out on others!
I brought my 3 year old son in for a visit today for cough and fever. Let me start with the front desk-no customer service skills. I came in and was “greeted” (using that very loosely) with a “license and insurance card”. I hand her over an envelope that had my insurance card and driver license printed on along with forms completed that I printed online. The online system is awful. When you sign up you’re under the impression that you’re doing the waiting at home and when you get your spot in line that it’s your turn to be seen. Wrong. I emailed them my insurance and drivers license and they still asked me for it when I walked in. They hadn’t even looked at it. They also told me 11 people were ahead of me to be seen and it would be a 2-3 hour wait. When asking what the online system does they stated for informational purposes only. The worst! I see them for Primary Care and can never get an appointment with my nurse practitioner. I needed to see someone for my blood pressure and couldn’t get in. Not a friendly atmosphere!!!!!!
