I waited 2.5+ hours for my physical and the doctor only came because i reminded the front desk. i have adhd so this was an absolute nightmare

This location was super sweet but I waited for 45 mins to get checked in. Signed paper work and finally got called into the doctors office and when the nurse came in he was super nice but then started asking questions about my ankle sprain and I did tell him it got triggered at work since my body was already tired but my personal insurance got approved but then he said he can’t have me see a doctor due to a workers comp. which I feel like that’s not necessary especially if they see my injury right front of their face! Avoid this place if you can... Ive had to go here a many times over the years and its by far the worst place in all of Santa Barbara. They have made some seriously weird choices in staff hiring over the years.
