5x for walkin testing... the wait is always < 10 min. Pretty amazing for such a huge city 🤔....the staff is very courteous, approachable, & professional. A+

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. I called with a simple question about my prescription, and the staff was rude from the start. They placed me on hold for 45 minutes without ever coming back to help. I finally had to hang up because it was obvious no one cared to assist. Totally unprofessional and frustrating — I expected basic courtesy and competence, and got neither.

I went to the MedCenter last weekend to obtain a bridge rx for my psychiatric medications, as my psychiatrist’s office was not able to get my medications refilled before the end of business hours and I had to travel. I have insurance, paid my copay, was polite to everyone at the urgent care center. Dr. Heller was cruel and bizarre. He told me it was my own fault I had to come to urgent care, which I found aggressive because I was approaching the situation as a simple logistical problem to solve.
