A weird place for an Urgent Care, they only take HMOs on weekends FYI. Dr. Cotton was great and very kind

I'll add my 2 cents here FWIW, but likely not much since it seems like there are numerous complaints about the front desk receptionist and she still somehow has a job. Similar experience to others with a 15+ minute wait time and multiple holds when trying to make the appointment. One time there was no hold music, and I could hear them in the background with the main receptionist clearly frustrated and impatient with the other staff.
