Doctors are good, staff is very rude. Staff also somehow lost my medical chart.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Wexler as I had G.I. issues coming back from Mexico, I must’ve picked up a parasite or something. in addition, I had chronic issues before that ..He kept telling me to take off my mask in the treatment room and he wasn’t wearing one. My daughter came here for a TB test and left in tears based on the treatment of the front desk workers when all she needed was a RECEIPT for Flex Spending. Mimi needs to get some training in customer service and her coworker Maya could use it as well. When I called to complain Mimi put me on speaker so all of her coworkers could hear and she couldn't be falsely accused. Clearly she has been down this road before. Go somewhere else for your tests that treat people with kindness- this place lives up to their reviews.
The front desk workers are unprofessional and rude. I called earlier and was put on hold multiple times to solely ask a question. I was told I would get a call back within an hour. I did not get called back. I called back 2.5 hours later and spoke with a different front desk worker. (This is all regarding me trying to receive information on my file from my appointment last week regarding my knee). I am surprised the front desk workers still have jobs. Looking through these reviews clearly they seem to be a common issue. I came in for a walk in and the front desk worker took down my information, then I was waiting nearly an hour while the front desk woman left.
