I went to the MedCenter last weekend to obtain a bridge rx for my psychiatric medications, as my psychiatrist’s office was not able to get my medications refilled before the end of business hours and I had to travel. I have insurance, paid my copay, was polite to everyone at the urgent care center. Dr. Heller was cruel and bizarre. He told me it was my own fault I had to come to urgent care, which I found aggressive because I was approaching the situation as a simple logistical problem to solve. A weird place for an Urgent Care, they only take HMOs on weekends FYI. Dr. Cotton was great and very kind Updating my review because they told me that my HMO would be accepted on weekends but still charged me for it. I have appealed several times but I am still left with the bill. I wish they were more clear at the front desk.
Dr Jesus Fandino and Alma and all the staff are amazing they go above and beyond I feel confident and comfortable. I've been shuffling through doctors for the last 5 years it feels great to have a doctor and doctors office I feel comfortable and safe with New management made a great difference I highly recommend
Amazing staff from front to the back area. They are very efficient and professional. People that complain, about this people are the ones that have no patience and ungrateful. Props to the med center staff, keep doing a great job. Thank you for always being there.
I have been a regular user of services of the med center on state street for more than 20 years. I've always been very positive about my experience there. This includes interaction with Dr. Meller personally. I've found him to be very knowledgable and straight forward. He doesn't like BS and neither do it. The center has always been quite efficient from my perspective.
