I was first seen around the 19th of December, given a prescription with a refill if needed. I called almost a week later b/c I was still feeling poorly, but now the cold had traveled into my chest. The doctor called me in a prescription, which broke me out in hives. I called the office and spoke to Ebony and told her what had happened. EXCEED EXPECTATIONS! A+++ Dr. Kaysi did an excellent job. I went for shin pain thinking it is a contusion but Dr. Kaysi was very thorough and ordered a an Ultrasound which turned to be a blood clot. Dr. Kaysi saved my life!
Doctor Congdon always makes me feel comfortable whenever I visit him at Coastal Urgent Care and Family Medicine.
I lost a family member and the staff and doctors were so professional and supportive. They recommended good counselors and really went out of their way to accommodate me in any way.
The doctors are very supportive and gave me referrals to professionals, grief counselors when I lost my son.
I've been going to Coastal Urgent Care and Family Medicine ever since they opened. I recommend them to people all the time. They have a really nice facility and a wonderful staff.

This was almost a joke. I am a nurse of 15 years. I saw Dr. Kalpesh Purohit on 11/9/15. He spent maybe 3 minutes examining me and never even assesed my pain, which was my primary complaint. He sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotics with no evidence to suggeat that I had an infection. He was very cold, noncaring, and almost script like.
