The pharmacy manager, most likely Mr. Sudhir Singh, was unnecessarily loud and rude with an elderly client. While I get how some clients can be difficult, his tone and manner was completely inappropriate, especially considering the fact that the man was quite frail. I should not be able to hear the pharmacy manager insult this man over money matters from across the room while I’m waiting for a doctor’s appointment.
