The staff at Medcare in Fairlawn go way above and beyond to help their customers. I had a problem with my meds even with a coupon from the manufacturer. They helped me figure it out, made phone calls to the manufacturer and my doctor and ultimately saved me money. The biggest thing is, they were kind, patient and helpful through the whole process. I’m very grateful, I wouldn’t have been able to get this straightened out on my own.
This pharmacy is terrific. It’s like they read my mind. Every time I call to ask a question it is answered in under 5 minutes to my satisfaction. They are very easy to work with.
The staff are all great, very friendly and knowledgeable helped through the process and got everything delivered to my door in a very reasonable time frame.
