Worse experience ever. Nurse rude. If you tell me I have a temp, ok what is it? and PA tells me the nurse will be in to get my urine for a test, nurse comes back and says were you able to get the urine? My question was when did u come show me where the bathroom was, and top it off no toilet paper. NEVER WILL I VISIT THERE AGAIN
Well, I did notice that that employees are very rude. They have no respect and they act like they are doing you a favor. The sad thing is that we as patients pay them, our insurance pays them. I also believe any good review that the clinic is receiving are employees disguising themselves. I regret ever changing my Doctor over to this clinic. They do not take proper documentation. I went there for an ear infection an hour before they stopped seeing patients and when I finally did see the doctor(and I use that term loosely, she walked into the room yelling at me for coming in so late and keeping her and her staff in there. she let me know in no uncertain terms that she did not appreciate me coming in there, She got up in my face and I was intimidated and shocked. I would not take your child there!! My experience at this clinic was a nightmare! It was my first time there and my last. I took my two year old daughter to the clinic to have a cut by her eyebrow examined. The doctor that saw us wanted to use Dermabond, the liquid stitches. Since it was near the eye, the doctor was suppose to put Vaseline around the eye to prevent any run on entering the eye and gauze the eye shut. Dirty facility. PAs complaining about Dr. Mecca in a common area where patients can hear them. I went to Medcare rather than the hospital on post for a sinus infection. Never again. Ill deal with the 3-4 hours at Martin Army than go to Medcare.
I took my sick 10 year old daughter to Medcare tonight. She went in throwing up. She was rushed back. The nurse didnt even have her chart yet but was dong her triage and making notes on a pad. We had a nurse or PA in the room the entire time we were there (and they were mildly busy). The staff of Medcare did an AMAZING job treating my daughter. The nurse brought her Tylenol and a cold rag for her head. They even gave me a bed pan and a roll of paper towel TO TAKE WITH US in case she was sick on the way home. I highly recomme... read more
I have taken my infant daughter here many times and have recieved excellent treatment. Although the front desk ladies look a little stand-offish, the doctors are well worth seeing. I have been in and out of there less than an hour, I would say that is pretty amazing considering most walkins take a few hours. My daughter had a 103 temp and Medcare was much closer then Post, they rushed her in, gave her meds, did xrays immediately. They are very nice there and I recommend them to everyone.
I have stopped coming to Medcare b/c office staff are very rude and dealing with them is a horrible chore. One of the Nurses there (a man) is even more rude than the staff. My advice is to go somewhere else!
