I recently visited this facility for the first time and had an unpleasant experience with the intake receptionist, Shay. Although I was the first patient to arrive, she treated me dismissively when I requested to review the documents before signing them. She spoke over me without allowing me to express my concerns. At no point did I raise my voice or behave rudely towards her.
