Dr. Crespo is wonderful. No complaints for him or his nurse. Unfortunately the office staff and anyone that answers the phone are rude and not compassionate. You will be left on hold for a long time, they cut you off when you are trying to speak, and they will even hang up on you when they are done talking. Again, no complaints for Dr. Crespo.
Calling to make an appointment but cant even get my phone call answered. Multiple times multiple days no answer
