My SIX DAY OLD was picked up by your service at 2 AM for trouble breathing. It took your Ambulance 30 minutes to get to our house from Chillicothe. Even tho their was NO TRAFFIC, NO PRIOR CALL AND IT ONLY TAKES A VEHICLE 17 MINUTES TO GET TO OUR AREA. AND THAT'S WITHOUT LIGHTS AND SIREN. Once in our small town, YOUR DRIVER GOT LOST 2 TIMES AND COULDN'T FIND THE HOUSE. He also had NO IDEA how to get to the hospital from where he was.
