After the patient visited this medical facility, he has been unable to obtain his medical records, which are required to receive necessary medical equipment. He has been waiting for over two months. Each time he calls, he is told “tomorrow,” but nothing is ever sent. His requests are consistently ignored. This lack of follow-through and communication has caused unnecessary delays in his care. Very disappointing experience
