It’s been a year and a half since install. Included 7 years ‘Don’t pay a dime’ for service parts or repairs. With two preventive visits and new air filters each year. BUSINESS is CLOSED now with no working contact numbers. I will file a complaint with BBB. Very impressed with the whole process. Everything was explained and all questions answered. There were 6 workers here and all were polite and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and tidy. This is a five star experience for me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a new A/C and furnace installed Spring 2022, it has been leaking since installation. Multiple calls out for service to fix the leak. Still leaking. Keep being told, "Oh, the last people must have been wrong, this is what's really wrong." We were informed at our last tech visit that the unit itself was installed wrong which is why it leaks and just moved the catch pan under the leak so it doesn't do anymore damage.
