If you get meds from multiple doctors they are a nightmare to deal with. I loved the packets & tried for over a year hoping they would get it right. When a refill was needed they ALWAYS contacted the wrong doctor. Then they would text me telling me my doctor wasn't responding and I needed to call my doctor. when I called the doctor 90% of the time they had NEVER been contacted!!! I can’t say enough good things about MedBox. They went above and beyond helping me transfer my mother’s medications from another pharmacy that was not very helpful during the process. Everyone we spoke with was kind, professional, and very responsive. They always returned texts and calls quickly and made the whole process much easier during what could have been a stressful situation. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend MedBox to anyone looking for a pharmacy that genuinely cares about their patients.
