RecommendedBought a Groupon to try the spa out. My husband and I did the 30 min mineral bath and a 90 min massage. The water was perfect temp and was very relaxing. I had Kate as my massage therapist and she was ahhhh-maz-ing!! Will definitely be going back!
my massage therapist caleb was great. Management not so much. She was rude and wanted to argue with my mother about her experience. She also tried to say we were 20mins late when we were actually only 5 and she also stated that her clock was wrong. Also it is hard to get someone on the phone over there. All they do is text.
Terrible. The manager was rude. My massage was cut in half. Front scalp, and one side not done. Told to leave bath after 20 min. No wine or chocolate was offered. Total rip off.
I would recommend the Medberry inn and day spa. the staff was extremely nice, professional and catered to my requests. thank you for a great day.
I would highly reccomend the day spa. They are very accommodating and make you feel at home. the massage therapists were very professional. They gave a sugar scrub at the end which is the best I have ever used!!
I’ve tried to contact this spa several times over the past few weeks. I’ve tried calling, leaving messages, emailing and messaging them on Facebook and still haven’t received a response. Is this place even still open? I was hoping to use a gift certificate I got for my birthday before it expires but I can’t get ahold of anyone.
I was really looking forward to this experience, my daughter had bought me a 30 min soak in mineral water and a 60 minute massage. I got there 5 mins. early, The woman showed me to me bath, told me to take a bath, water was prepared, and there was a bag to carry my belongings in and a robe to put on after bath. The spa was great!! The Inn however is another chapter! The room was ice cold when we checked in, then charged my account another $125 for a scratch on the fireplace that was there when we checked in. I called and spoke with Dave. He couldn’t help me but said it’s because of the fireplace. Then was told to call back and talk to the manager, The manager is the guy that actually turned on the fireplace for us!! Absolutely love the Medbery Spa!! The mineral bath and massage are amazing!! Everyone deserves to be pampered and I highly recommend!!
