we had a couples massage scheduled for today, prepaid and all. well SURPRISE.. they have closed the doors. No phone calls to inform customers, no refunds.
I went there to use my Groupon. I found out that the owner up and left three weeks ago. They were shut down.
It appears that the place is closed. They have not been returning phone calls for over a week. My wife prepaid $200 for services and now it seems that we have lost that money.

They closed!!!! I just got a gift certificate there for Mother’s Day (which I was NOT thrilled to get) but they went out of business and refuse to issue a refund. I can’t say I’m surprised they closed bc the place was filthy and the staff was rude and inexperienced.
The worst possible customer service I have ever encountered. My husband bought me a gift card for Mother’s Day through Medberry’s website. The card never came in the mail, yet our payment was processed. The owner adamantly refused to issue a refund and never once offered to replace the card or apologize. She also never showed us proof that she had actually mailed the gift card. The owner took our money and gave us nothing but horrendous customer service in exchange. Avoid at all costs.

i really wanted to enjoy my first visit here, but when my mineral bath kept draining I went to feel around to see if the drain was up and cut my foot on glass or really sharp plastic stuck in the drain grate. The massage was nice but my bath was cut abpit 15 minutes short. the receptionist was blasé when i brought her the glass and requested a bandaid. no apology nothing, was told they dont know how it would have been in there since they dont have glass anything.
