Great STAFF!!!! The entire staff worked hard to handle my parent's needs with love, care and respect. Grateful :)
Went to the store on Westnedge in Portage to get my elderly father's wedding ring taken off to deal with swelling and discomfort. Staff treated us with care and respect, and did the work for free - even came out to the car and did the work there, due to me father's immobility. Work was done free of charge. Grateful for your caring efforts.
RecommendedI’ve always had awesome customer service. I purchased some earrings during the covid pandemic. I went to the website and was able to message asking if they stocked what I was looking for and if I was able to make a purchase. Through some texting I was helped out and they even made arrangements to pick up earrings from their Lansing location AND change the backings from gold to white gold. Absolutely terrible customer service. Specifically the “manager” Kenneth Green. Short, condescending and without a cent of common courtesy. As someone who owns several Rolex watches, Rolex should be ashamed to call this place an AD. Will never step foot in a Medawar Jeweler again and will use every chance possible to inform others of my experience. Called and left a complaint with corporate Medawar as well as with President Ronny Medawar. Looking forward to further discussing this issue upon being contacted.
