I’ve worked with a lot of DME companies. This is by far the best. The way Karen runs this company… You can just call them and talk to them. You can ask when something’s coming and talk to a live person.
Guy picking up stuff slammed the equipment into our walls and hit a fish tank that is now leaking. Terrible
Honestly terrible people delivering stuff… They couldn’t care less about whether or not they get your family member anything in a reasonable amount of time… Every single person just thoughtless and terrible and the work with HOSPICE also which is just sickening. One of the delivery guys even totally unnecessarily slammed into a large fish tank as if he could not go around it? MedAssure Inc. is the best DME company in Arizona. They are quick, friendly, professional, and just a great team overall. I recommend this company to everyone looking for DME.
They’re equipment is horrible. The didn’t bring the right wheelchair or maybe this is all they have but this is the second time they’ve been out and it’s still not the correct wheelchair. Also her hospital bed broke after 3 weeks. Very dilapidated old equipment. The hospice my mom is on uses them so we’re basically stuck with them.
