This place used to be good but has really gone downhill the past year or so. My regular doctor was out of town, so I went in with dizziness problems and the only thing they checked was my blood pressure and then said I have high blood pressure. I don’t, I actually have to monitor it so it doesn’t get too low. I went to my regular doctor and it turned out I had a couple of vitamin deficiencies. I was absolutely taken care of here! From Nurse Cassie, to my Radiologist Mrs. Dawn to Dr. Kertzman and the Administrative staff these ladies are truly in the field of health and medicine to help! Not sure this place is worried about your actual health. Seems like their more worried about the charges they can throw at your insurance while telling you something is free. 😆 Free my arse nothing in health care is free that is why they and all doctors in general hate when you google or web MD something before you go in!
Took my wife in to see a Dr. Showed receptionist medical insurance and Medicare card. receptionist asked for my wife's drivers license. My wife didn't have it with her and was refused treatment without ID.I told the receptionist that US citizens are not required to carry ID and that a person only has to show a DL to a police officer. Clinic wouldn't let me vouch for my wife either. I believe the receptionist was unreasonable and could learn to be a little more flexible .
