Essentially echoing what others have stated, a sub par management company. Maintenance increases over the few years of managing our building. More importantly, they brought an electrician to do work in the apt, who charged an exorbitant amount for an hour or so of work, and did not provide an itemized invoice or electrician license number when requested. Automatically added this cost to our maintenance even though it was disputed, and have done nothing to rectify. Highly disappointed.

Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple issues with billing and payments during my time here. In both cases, the charges were not due to my error, but I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. Attempts to resolve the matters were met with unhelpful responses. Disappointed in the lack of accountability and support.
