Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple issues with billing and payments during my time here. In both cases, the charges were not due to my error, but I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. Attempts to resolve the matters were met with unhelpful responses. Disappointed in the lack of accountability and support.
Those guys are thieves. On top of that, they barely ever work.
I wish I could give them less than 1 star
A most AWFUL so-called company. I've never in my life seen people who get paid to NOT do their jobs. I had more luck with the city than these guys. They don't actually do anything aside from keep up the mandatory sanitation and other city-mandated items, like lights outside of the building, etc. They no longer hire supers either. Imagine that for your building. Try getting them to come and see apartment damage. They just won't do it. They are being cheap on the heating, it gets to 60 degrees at night and there is nobody to talk to
